Preoccupied with trying to lose weight? Tired of losing that same 20 pounds over and over again? Do ‘diet and exercise’ (or guilt from not doing it) receive too much focus in your life? We have all been there. At UnDivided, we acknowledge that our deepest needs are met by God alone. We are on mission to give Christ control over every area of our lives so that we may fear His name – not food, exercise or body image (Psalm 86:11).
There are no gimmicks or shortcuts. We simply pursue healthy, balanced lives and sustainable weight loss by seeking God first, integrating lifestyle change, and enjoying the accountability and support of women who desire the same.
Because of this commitment to long-term accountability and support, UnDivided welcomes a limited number of women to each class. Participation includes weigh-in, fitness and health principles, scripture memory, book discussion, small groups, and prayer support.
UnDivided finished it's 10th year at Grace Community Church, led by Jamie Messenger and Team. Our next available class session: TBD.
